Prior to joining Appvance, Andre served as VP & GM of Americas for intive and helped drove the company’s rapid revenue growth from $20M in $100M in four years. Additionally, he held leadership roles at Findables, Star, NeoMagic, Sapphire Communications and liveMetro. Andre earned an MBA from Marshall School of Business at USC and a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz.
Mason is a CPA with extensive experience in industry and public accounting. He began his career at KPMG in San Francisco, and has been Controller or CFO at Sutter Hill Limited, Daon Corporation, Property Development Associates (an 80%-owned Safeway Stores subsidiary), Air Communications, Array Power, Fidus Medical Technologies and Micrus Corporation, both of which had successful liquidity events. His BA and MBA are both from the University of California, Berkeley.

He joins after ten years with Google, first on the enterprise sales team, then recruited to the product management side. Since graduating from UC Berkeley, Scott has held senior sales roles with Oracle, Pure Software, Rational and Borland. Scott was with Pure during its IPO — the first QA software IPO.

Kevin Kern is CEO of WaterSmart Software, and a board member of iWave Information Systems and GoWall, in addition to Appvance.ai. Previously, he held senior leadership positions with Innotas, a leading provider of IT Portfolio Management systems, including as CEO from 2010 through 2016. Kevin also spent 13 years in sales and sales management with Oracle.

He’s also a lecturer on enterprise information systems at Mills College. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor degree in applied mathematics from UC Berkeley.
